Conditions of Use

 

Please read these terms of service before using The Like Team’s services.

 

  1. By using our site, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age or an emancipated minor. You agree to being competent to enter the terms and conditions and to abide by them.
  2. You acknowledge that no member of staff will ever ask for your password or API key. To optimize security, you agree to change your password at least once per year.
  3. You agree to not use our services to market any illegal businesses or activities.
  4. You understand that breaking our terms of service may void your warranties and result in your account being terminated.

 

 

Ordering

 

As many of our services start instantly upon placing an order, and the nature of delivering digital goods, it is not always possible for us to cancel or refund incorrectly placed orders.


Before placing an order, you agree to:

  1. Read the instructions on the New Order page. This includes the package information which changes depending on which package you select.
  2. Copy and paste your link and double check that you have entered the correct link before submitting your order.
  3. Contact our support team if you are unsure of how to place an order correctly.
  4. Set your page to public and ensure that your view, like, subscriber or follower count is not private.
  5. Not delete or private your post during delivery.

 

Payments & Refunds

 

We aim to deliver orders as specified in the package description. This however is not always possible due to the forever changing nature of social media.

 

  1. If you experience issues with our services, you agree to contact our support team and provide your order ID(s). You then agree to be patient while our team works on fixing the issue.
  2. We are unable to reverse credit back to your payment gateway or bank card.
  3. Refunds are not given providing that our services are fully functional.
  4. Full refunds will only be issued if our services are not working correctly, and we are unable to provide the service. Partial refunds may be given if orders are partially delivered
